The long distance route is a total of 130km with 2,904 meters (9,527 ft.) of elevation gain and 5 main climbs; Tzuba, Bar Giyora, and Nes-Harim The race will begin at the Jerusalem Sports Center area, between Teddy Stadium and the Jerusalem Arena. from there it will continue towards the heart of Jerusalem, along the Old City walls where you will race through history’s most famous sites which include; the old city of Jerusalem, Tower of David, Jaffa Gates, The Knesset,  and Ein Karem.

With over 2,904 meter of climbing this will be a true fight to the finish with some of the best climbers coming to fight for podium positions on the 2nd edition of GFNY Jerusalem. The main climbs will take place outside the city in the Judea hills where stories such as David and Goliath took place. For many the Judea hills are little Switzerland so get ready for climbs over 7.6% in gradient.  After you ride through Israel's longest 2.1km cycling tunnel you will race to the finish line at the Israel Aquarium with a large ceremony for everyone to celebrate their achievement and race stories with friends and families.
